Attorneys!

  • NEW! EFFECTIVE JANUARY 8, 2024
The Supreme Court of Florida has amended Bar Rule 6-10.3: Every bar member must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours (reduced from 33 credit hours) of approved CLE every 3 years. At least 3 hours of the 30 credit hours must be in approved technology programs. At least 5 of the 30 hours must be in approved legal ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental health and wellness programs. The required 2 hour Florida Bar produced professionalism course counts towards the 5 hour legal ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental health and wellness requirement. The remaining CLE Credits may be earned in any combination of General, Legal Ethics, Professionalism, Substance Abuse, Mental Illness Awareness, and Technology programs.

Required Florida Professionalism Course: Each member must complete, during each reporting cycle, a Florida Legal Professionalism course produced by The Florida Bar and approved by the Supreme Court of Florida. The required 2 hour Florida Bar produced professionalism course counts towards the 5 hour legal ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental health and wellness requirement. The requirement to complete the 2-credit hour Florida Legal Professionalism course begins with 3-year CLE reporting cycles ending in April 2024 and beyond.
