Attorneys!

  • Kentucky attorneys must earn 12 CLE Credits each reporting period (July 1-June 30), including 2 Ethics Credits.
  • Kentucky allows you to earn ALL (12) of your CLE Credits, including both Ethics and General Credits, with technologically transmitted courses, including Online programs.
  • CARRY OVER
    You may carry forward up to 24 credits including 4 ethics credits into the 2 successive educational years.
  • Each of these National Law Foundation Online programs is approved for Kentucky CLE credit.
  • Kentucky attorneys must self-report their participation in Technologically Transmitted courses to the Kentucky Bar.
  • After completing your NLFOnline course and submitting a brief evaluation, you will be able to print your Certificate of Completion, including the Kentucky Bar-assigned Activity Number.
  • REPORTING
    Report participation in these KY-approved courses through your Member CLE Portal at https://www.kybar.org/page/CLE. Retain the Certificate of Completion for your CLE records.
