This 200-minute (3.3-hour), September 25, 2020 3-part program provides a useful explanation of many law practice areas in which the relevant legal ethics rules can present a minefield. Professor Patrick M. Connors, Esquire explains those rules and gives practical suggestions for complying with them.

Mr. Connors is the Albert and Angela Farone Distinguished Professor In New York Civil Practice at Albany Law School, where he teaches, inter alia, Legal Ethics. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics and a highly-respected speaker, author, frequent expert witness, and consultant on legal ethics.
