Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA"): Trends And Cases 1.5 New York Professional Practice Credits

In this November 1, 2023 one-hour fifteen-minute program, Bruce L. Adelson, Esquire provides a brief explanation of the American Disabilities Act of 1990 and covers important recent cases brought under the ADA, other developments, and trends.
