The Revised Uniform Rules For The Supreme And County Court In New York — 2 New York Professional Practice Credits

Effective February 1, 2021, 29 provisions similar to the Commercial Division Rules were incorporated into the Uniform Rules for The Supreme Court and The County Court. In this November 15, 2021, 1.6-hour program, Patrick M. Connors, Esquire, explains the history of these Rules, what they are as of the date of this presentation, numerous important recent court decisions, and proposed revisions and amendments.

Patrick M. Connors is the Albert and Angela Farone Distinguished Professor in New York Civil Practice at Albany Law School where he teaches, inter alia, New York Practice and Procedure. Among his many accomplishments, Professor Connors is the co-author of New York Practice 6th Edition, which is known as “The Bible” on New York civil procedure.
