EFFECTIVE January 1, 2024
New Mexico allows you to earn ALL (12) of your MCLE Credits, including 2 Ethics/Professionalism Credits, and 1 Equity In Justice Credit with National Law Foundation Online courses.
New Mexico attorneys must earn 12 MCLE Credits including 2 ETHICS/PROFESSIONALISM (EP) credits and 1 EQUITY IN JUSTICE (NEW! as of 1/1/24) credit each calendar year (January 1- December 31).
All National Law Foundation Online programs are accredited for New Mexico MCLE Self-Study credits.
A Certificate of Completion is provided when you submit the Course Evaluation after listening to each Online program.
REPORTING
National Law Foundation will report your New Mexico Self-Study Course participation and pay the $2.50 per credit reporting fee within 30 days of course completion.
CARRY OVER
Up to (12) New Mexico self-study credits (General, Ethics/Professionalism and Equity in Justice) may be carried over to the next compliance period.
