Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA"): Trends And Cases — 1.25 New Mexico General Credits

In this November 1, 2023 one-hour fifteen-minute program, Bruce L. Adelson, Esquire provides a brief explanation of the American Disabilities Act of 1990 and covers important recent cases brought under the ADA, other developments, and trends.

Mr. Adelson is CEO of Federal Compliance Consulting LLC, Potomac, Maryland, and serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Georgetown School of Medicine. A former senior attorney of the United States Department of Justice, he is the ADA Consultant to the Idaho Supreme Court and to the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts.
