Illinois attorneys whose last names begin with A-M must earn 30 MCLE Credits by June 30, 2022, including 6 Credits in Professional Responsibility (which includes diversity issues, mental illness and addiction issues, civility or legal ethics). Attorneys are specifically required to take one (1) hour each of Diversity and Inclusion CLE and Mental Health and Substance Abuse CLE as part of their six (6) hour Professional Responsibility requirement.
Illinois attorneys whose last names begin with N-Z must earn 30 MCLE Credits by June 30, 2023, including 6 Credits in Professional Responsibility (which includes diversity issues, mental illness and addiction issues, civility or legal ethics). Attorneys are specifically required to take one (1) hour each of Diversity and Inclusion CLE and Mental Health and Substance Abuse CLE as part of their six (6) hour Professional Responsibility requirement.
CARRY OVER
You may carry over a maximum of 10 credit hours, including professional responsibility hours. These 10 hours may be carried over only to satisfy the next consecutive period’s requirements.
After completing our Interactive Course and submitting a brief evaluation, you can immediately print your Certificate of Completion for your records.
REPORTING
National Law Foundation will electronically report participation in our Illinois CLE programs to the MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois. Credits will be reported and per-credit participation fees will be paid once each month.
