Professor Adelson discusses the Statute, the FMLA's myriad requirements, and court cases that illustrate the complexity of the FMLA. He also discusses the intersection of the FMLA with other laws.

Mr. Adelson is CEO of Federal Compliance Consulting LLC, Potomac, Maryland, and serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Georgetown School of Medicine. A former senior attorney of the United States Department of Justice, he is the ADA Consultant to the Idaho Supreme Court and to the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts.
