Ethics Rules Relating To CPLR 321(d) (Limited Scope Representations) — 0.5 New York Ethics Credit

In December, 2022, section (d) was added to CPLR 321 governing limited scope representations ("LSRs"). In this thirty-minute June 20, 2023 program, Patrick M. Connors, Esquire covers the ethics rules relating to 321(d). Importantly, he includes numerous useful practice suggestions.

Mr. Connors is the Albert and Angela Farone Distinguished Professor In New York Civil Practice at Albany Law School, where he teaches, inter alia, Legal Ethics.
