New CPLR 321(d) Allows For Limited Scope Representation ("LSR") — 0.5 New York Professional Practice Credit

In December, 2022, section (d) was added to CPLR 321 to allow limited scope representations ("LSRs"). In this thirty-minute June 20, 2023 program, Patrick M.
