This 260-minute (4.3-hour) program, presented by ProfessorPatrick M. Connors, Esquire, on June 20, 2019, provides a useful explanation of many important topics in New York Practice (CPLR), including new legislation and caselaw, in four key areas.

Mr. Connors is the Albert and Angela Farone Distinguished Professor In New York Civil Practice atAlbany Law School. In January 2013, Professor Connors became the author for Siegel, New York Practice.
