  • Florida allows you to earn all of your CLER Credits by study of Online courses.
  • Listening to National Law Foundation Online courses will obtain these Florida CLER Credits for you.
  • All National Law Foundation Online programs are pre-approved for Florida CLER credits.
  • Select National Law Foundation Online Courses from the list on this page.
  • A Certificate of Completion containing the Florida Course Number is provided when you submit the Course Evaluation after listening to each Online program.
  • Upon completion of these Online courses, you can immediately report your credits electronically to the Florida Bar by clicking a link to the Bar's website you will receive with your Certificate of Completion. Once you have accessed the Bar's home page, click on the "Member Profile" link on the right side of the web page, then "CLER Activity Posting" to submit your credits.
  • If you prefer not to report your credits electronically, you may mail a copy of the Certificate of Completion to the address below as proof of your credits. Keep the original for your records. Be sure your Attorney Number, Date of Completion, the Florida Course Number and the number of Credit Hours you earned are shown properly on the form.
