Montana attorneys must earn 15 MCLE Credits each annual reporting period (April 1-March 31), with 5 ETHICS MCLE Credits required every three years. (Ethics credits are included in the total of 45 MCLE Credits required over each 3-year period.)
Montana allows you to earn FIVE (5) of your MCLE Credits each reporting period, including both Ethics and General Credits, by Self-Study of these Online Courses via your computer.
National Law Foundation is an Accredited Provider of Montana MCLE courses.
After completing our Online course and submitting a brief evaluation, you can immediately print your Certificate of Completion.
Courses completed by February 1 may be pre-reported by mailing a copy of your Certificate of Completion to: Montana Commission of Continuing Legal Education, State Bar of Montana, P.O. Box 577, Helena, MT 59624.
Report your Self-Study of these programs to the State Bar of Montana on your Montana Bar Affidavit Form, mailed to you each March.
